We send e-mail confirmations of your online order to you.  We may also need to contact you by e-mail if we have any questions as we're processing your order.

Please note all cakes are delivered in frozen condition.

Cakes must be defrosted in the fridge about 6-8 hours.

We recommend that you order your cake to arrive at least one day ahead.

Cakes must be ordered minimum 10 days in advance.

When calling to see if we can fit in a late order, ask if we can do your cake for your date, not how much notice do we need.  Each week varies as to how busy we are and each cake needs different times for completion.

Some weeks get filled and some cake elements need to be made ahead, so please order your cake as far in advance as possible.

Keep in mind that cake decorations on shipped orders may be somewhat limited, since some decorations cannot be shipped successfully, We will do our best to accommodate your request within our shipping limitations.

We do not offer exact replicas.

We may do something similar, but can not guarantee perfect replicas.

We will not be held responsible for any allergic or health reactions to cake consumers at your event.

Cancellations and Amendments

All cancellations and amendments must be made at least 3 days prior to date required.

It is possible that a change could be made immediately following your order and we will do all we can, but in many cases it may be too late to make a change.

Custom orders may be canceled prior to the creation of the order.  However, if the order has already been completed, cancellations are not accepted.

Payments can be made by bank transfer only.

Full payment in advance is required to confirmed orders, and failure to do so will mean that the order will not be processed.

About Frozen Cakes

Note: Larger size Cakes may not fit in the average Japanese home refrigerator or freezer.

Cakes must be defrosted in the fridge about 6-8 hours.

We recommend that you order your cake to arrive at least one day ahead.

Do NOT defrost at roomtemperature.

Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.

All Products must be kept
refrigerated  and must be consumed within the day you defrost.

How to Thaw
A frosted cake is best thawed slowly in the refrigerator.

Allow at least 6 ~ 8 hours before you plan to serve it.

I suggest doing this either the day before you plan to consume the cake,
or early in the morning of the same day.

If you have the frozen cake in a box, unwrap the box but leave the cake in the box to thaw.

If the cake was frozen without a box, remove all the wrappings from the cake
as soon as you remove it from the freezer.

Place the cake on a plate and cover with an aluminum foil tent.

Obviously, the small the cake and/or piece, the less time it will take to thaw.

You can test the cake by inserting a toothpick.

When removing the cake out of the box, you could cut one side of the box
and slowly slide the cake out, instead of just carelessly pulling it out of the box.

Quality and Maintenance of Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.
It is important to remember, however, that most food items are perishable and may react to
temperature conditions,  particularly cake,  which, as a result may affect life of the product.
Once delivery has occurred quality and maintenance of the produce is your responsibility.
