※Cancellations and Amendments
All cancellations and amendments must be made at least 3 days prior to date required.
It is possible that a change could be made immediately following your order and we will do all we can.
Custom orders may be canceled prior to the creation of the order.  However, if the order has already been completed, cancellations are not accepted.

※Exchange & Refunds & Returns

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns unless we have made an error. 

However, we will work with you to correct your order and make things right as quickly qs possible.
