Cakes must be defrosted in the fridge about 6-8 hours.

We recommend that you order your cake to arrive at least one day ahead.

Cakes must be ordered minimum 10 days in advance.

When calling to see if we can fit in a late order, ask if we can do your cake for your date, not how much notice do we need.  Each week varies as to how busy we are and each cake needs different times for completion.

Some weeks get filled and some cake elements need to be made ahead, so please order your cake as far in advance as possible.

About Frozen Cakes

Note: Larger size Cakes may not fit in the average Japanese home refrigerator or freezer.

Cakes must be defrosted in the fridge about 6-8 hours.

We recommend that you order your cake to arrive at least one day ahead.

Do NOT defrost at roomtemperature.

Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.

All Products must be kept
refrigerated  and must be consumed within the day you defrost.

How to Thaw
A frosted cake is best thawed slowly in the refrigerator.

Allow at least 6 ~ 8 hours before you plan to serve it.

I suggest doing this either the day before you plan to consume the cake,
or early in the morning of the same day.

If you have the frozen cake in a box, unwrap the box but leave the cake in the box to thaw.

If the cake was frozen without a box, remove all the wrappings from the cake
as soon as you remove it from the freezer.

Place the cake on a plate and cover with an aluminum foil tent.

Obviously, the small the cake and/or piece, the less time it will take to thaw.

You can test the cake by inserting a toothpick.

When removing the cake out of the box, you could cut one side of the box
and slowly slide the cake out, instead of just carelessly pulling it out of the box.

Quality and Maintenance of Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.
It is important to remember, however, that most food items are perishable and may react to
temperature conditions,  particularly cake,  which, as a result may affect life of the product.
Once delivery has occurred quality and maintenance of the produce is your responsibility.
